Lost-Wax Bronze Casting Specialist
Master Raju Panchaloha
Swamimalai, Tamil Nadu — 34 Years of Dedication
Raju is a 7th generation bronze caster. His ancestral bloodlines trace directly back to the Royal Chola empire bronze casting guilds of the 11th century. Using the highly complex lost-wax casting technique (Cire Perdue), he molds liquid metal into divinity with mathematical precision, strictly adhering to the Shilpa Shastras.
"A sculpture is not forged; it is called upon from the metal. The wax is simply the language we use to communicate the dream."
