Museum-grade collectibles are built to last generations. A few calm rituals keep each piece luminous, stable, and true to the atelier finish.
Care that honors the craft
Every MiniCreature piece leaves the atelier with a living surface — patina, mineral colour, or open wood grain. Treat it as fine art, not household décor.
Dry dust only
Soft cotton or microfiber — never abrasive pads or chemical sprays.
Keep liquids away
Blot spills immediately. Water and acids damage patina, marble, and wood.
Gentle light
Display out of harsh direct sun to protect pigments, gold leaf, and inlays.
Stable climate
Avoid vents, fireplaces, and sudden humidity swings around the piece.
Bronze & Brass Antiquities
The warm antique patina is intentional — developed over weeks in the workshop. Harsh polishes erase that history; gentle dry care preserves it.
Dusting & polishing
Use only a soft, dry cotton or microfiber cloth. Avoid chemical polishes that strip the natural antique finish our artisans spend weeks developing.
Moisture control
Never wash bronze or brass with water. Blot spills immediately. Prolonged humidity can accelerate natural oxidation (verdigris).
Makrana Marble Sculptures
Pristine white Makrana marble is porous and luminous. Protect it from stains and keep painted or inlaid details out of harsh sun.
Stain prevention
Keep away from coloured liquids, oils, and acids (citrus, vinegar) which can etch or permanently stain the surface.
Sunlight & display
Marble tolerates ambient light, but gold-leaf painting and gemstone inlays should stay out of direct harsh sunlight to protect organic pigments.
Authentic Teak & Rosewood
Living wood expands and contracts with the seasons. Steady climate and light annual waxing keep grain deep and lustrous.
Climate stability
Keep wooden models in climate-controlled rooms. Avoid placing them directly beneath air-conditioning vents or next to fireplaces.
Nourishing the grain
Once a year, lightly apply museum-grade microcrystalline wax with a soft brush. Avoid aerosol dusting sprays.
Display, packing & authenticity
When not on display, store pieces upright in their archival box with the certificate of authenticity. Keep silica gel packs if your climate is humid. Never stack sculptures against one another.
