1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and purchasing from MiniCreature SOP ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform connects discerning global collectors with museum-grade Indian heritage collectibles. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Authenticity & Craftsmanship
Every art piece is handcrafted using traditional techniques. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, slight variations in color, carving, and weight are natural and represent the authentic, non-mechanized nature of the craft. These variations are not considered defects but rather proof of the human touch.
3. Intellectual Property
All 3D models, digital renditions, photography, and physical proportions of our proprietary carvings are protected by international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, scanning, or replication of our museum-grade models is strictly prohibited.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in your selected currency but processed securely in accordance with international gateway standards. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Customizations, bespoke engravings, and specialized crating may incur additional non-refundable charges which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
MiniCreature SOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or physical items. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
