Shipping & Delivery
Domestic India shipments travel with Delhivery. International orders use a tracked courier partner. Every piece is packed for fine-art transit.
India — Delhivery
Orders within India are fulfilled via Delhivery with full tracking. Free shipping applies on eligible orders (typically above ₹5,000 — confirmed at cart and checkout).
International — Tracked Courier
Overseas deliveries use a tracked international courier. We are finalising FedEx or DHL as the primary partner; until then, you will receive the live carrier and AWB with your dispatch confirmation. Most international shipments arrive in about 7–14 business days after leaving our studio.
Museum-Grade Packing
Each collectible is packed to protect against moisture, pressure, and impact. We treat every order as a fine-art shipment — not a standard parcel.
Insured Transit
Shipments are insured for transit. If a piece arrives damaged, document it within 48 hours and we will arrange a 7-day replacement (or refund) under our returns policy.
Customs & Duties
We handle Indian export documentation. Destination customs duties, import taxes, or VAT — if charged — are the receiver's responsibility under local law.
Dispatch Timelines
In-stock items typically leave within 48 hours. Bespoke engraving or custom commissions add about 5–7 days for atelier work before packing and handover to Delhivery or the international courier.
